Today we take Johnny to a Korean Convenience Store to show him how different even the most daily experiences can be, and to try making a meal out of only convenience store bought ingredients.... in the convenience store!! From an endless supply of Ramyeon, dried seafood and pre-packaged kimchi, to a dedicated cooking and eating area with a special ramyeon making machine, This is the Korean Convenience Store Cooking Challenge! 오늘은 조니와 함께 제가 교환학생으로 있었던 고려대학교로 갑니다!! 한국의 대학교 축제문화는 정말 독특하잖아요. 제가 한국에서 가장 좋았던 추억 중에 하나도 같이 학교다녔던 친구들이랑 같이 축제를 즐기면서, 처음으로 학교에 대한 자부심(?)을 갖고 그 학교만의 문화를 공유할 수 있었던 것 같아요! 근데 이번에 조니랑도 그런 추억을 만들 수 있어서 정말 특별하고 소중한 시간을 보냈답니다! 또 친구들도 많이 사귀고 어쩌다보니 미니 콘서트까지 열게 됐어요!! 😂 다음 주 수요일에는 정말 열정적인 한국 응원 문화도 배우고, 조니가 고연전 응원전에 완전 깜놀하는 영상 준비되어 있으니까 조금만 더 기다려주세요! 채널고정! Today we take Johnny to the University that I went to as an exchange student: Korea University!!! University festivals in Korea are so unique, and some of my best memories in Korea were with my fellow students, celebrating and sharing a sense of university pride and culture that I had never felt before! It was so special to be able to share that with johnny, and because it's johnny, we obviously ended up making loads of friends and holding a mini concert!! 😂 Next Wednesday we see how passionate Korean cheering can get, and Johnny is absolutely blown away by the 고연전 preparations!!! 오늘은 조니와 함께 한강 밤도깨비 야시장에 있는 멋진 푸드트럭들을 구경하러 갑니다! 다행히도 저희가 갔을 땐 날씨가 훨씬 더 따뜻해서, 한강 공원에 앉아서 맛있는 음식도 잔뜩 먹고, 해지는 것도 보면서 서울의 다른 매력을 만끽할 수 있었어요. 아직 안 가보신 분이 있다면 완전 강추!!! (그리고 영상 끝에 조니가 무슨 일을 저지르는지 끝까지 꼭 봐주세요!!채널 고정!) Today we take Johnny to experience some of the incredible and unique food trucks at the Han River Seoul Night Market!! Thankfully the weather was a lot warmer when we went, and getting such a variety of delicious food, sitting in the park and watching the sun set over the river, we got to see a very different side of Seoul. 이전편: https://youtu.be/oQespirdiRw 오늘 드디어 조니가 한국에 돌아옵니다!!! 조니가 한국 돌아오고 싶어한지도 2년, 그리고 여러분들이 조니 언제 돌아오냐고 댓글로 물어봐주신지도 2년이나 되었네요... 그리고 드디어 그가 왔습니다! 조니는 이미 한국의 고기문화를 진정으로 사랑하지만, 생각해보니까 저번에 왔을 때 같이 한우 먹으러를 안 데리고 갔더라고요! 그래서 한국 도착하고 첫번째 끼니로, 한우가 얼마나 맛있나 보여주러 갑니다!! Today Johnny is finally back in Korea!!! It's been 2 years of him wanting to return, 2 years of comments asking when he will be back... and now he's here! While Johnny is already well and truly in love with Korean BBQ, we realised we never got the chance to take him for Korean Beef last time he was here. So for his first meal after arriving in Korea, we show him how tasty Korean beef can be!!
